Fall Teen Production
Join us this Fall for The Addams Family! The Red Phoenix Theatre Company is thrilled to announce registration is now live for our Fall teen production of the Addams Family! This show is part of our educational programming and is intended for ages 13-19. During this production, students will be actively engaged in learning character development, acting choices, dance techniques, and will receive vocal instruction.
THE ADDAMS FAMILY, a comical feast that embraces the wackiness in every family, features an original story and it’s every father’s nightmare: Wednesday Addams, the ultimate princess of darkness, has grown up and fallen in love with a sweet, smart young man from a respectable family – a man her parents have never met. And if that wasn’t upsetting enough, Wednesday confides in her father and begs him not to tell her mother. Now, Gomez Addams must do something he’s never done before – keep a secret from his beloved wife, Morticia. Everything will change for the whole family on the fateful night they host a dinner for Wednesday’s “normal” boyfriend and his parents.
General auditions will be completed by video submission. These will be due Monday, August 18 by 5pm.
Audition videos should be 60 seconds or less. Your audition should be a verse and a chorus of a song in similar style to this title. Your audition’s accompaniment track should be instrumental only. Please slate with your name, age, and height at the beginning of your video.

Please see the AUDITION DAY SPECIFICS page for submission details. We encourage everyone to get their auditions in as quickly as possible, as they will be reviewed as they are submitted.
Callbacks will be in person on Sunday, August 24 from 1 - 5pm. Details for these will be emailed following general auditions.
In order to be considered for callbacks and the production, you must complete the registration form below, register for the class, and pay the first tuition installment. Once you have completed the audition form, instructions will populate to register and pay for the class.
Production Dates: This production will take place August - December. Please see the calendar button below for the tentative schedule.
Performances will take place December 4 - 7.
Tuition: Tuition for this production is $625. Tuition is broken into 4 payments. A $156.25 payment is due at the time of registration, and the remaining 3 payments will debit $162.50 automatically on the first of the month August - October.
Should a student register after July, additional payment(s) will be drafted at the time of registration to catch up to the tuition schedule. Everyone that registers for this production will be cast in the show. Space is limited. Tuition is non-refundable.
