Bio & Headshot Submission Instructions

1.) Please complete the form below to submit your bio as instructed.

2.) Select the file that you wish to provide for the headshot (jpegs or pngs only please). This does not need to be a picture taken by a professional photographer, but please do not send selfies or silly photos as your headshot. These are used in the program and need to look as professional as possible.

3.) Ensure that the file name for the photo is your first and last name.

4.) You will need to sign into your Google account in order to submit your headshot. If you do not have a Google account, please reach out to the creative team for alternative submission instructions.
